Test Strategy
- Define test strategies aligned to compliance needs
- Establish automation where appropriate
- Ensure coverage across workflows and edge cases
Validation
- Support validation documentation and evidence
- Ensure traceability from requirements to tests
- Participate in audits and reviews
Process Discipline
- Enforce quality gates in delivery pipelines
- Partner with engineering and product teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of QA or validation experience
- Experience in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of test methodologies
- Ability to document and defend quality decisions
