Quality Engineering Lead (Validation & Compliance)

ROLE SUMMARY 

The Quality Engineering Lead ensures the platform meets regulated-enterprise standards for correctness, validation, and traceability. 

This role is essential for trust. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Test Strategy 

• Define test strategies aligned to compliance needs 
• Establish automation where appropriate 
• Ensure coverage across workflows and edge cases 

Validation 

• Support validation documentation and evidence 
• Ensure traceability from requirements to tests 
• Participate in audits and reviews 

Process Discipline 

• Enforce quality gates in delivery pipelines 
• Partner with engineering and product teams 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• 7+ years of QA or validation experience 
• Experience in regulated environments 
• Strong understanding of test methodologies 
• Ability to document and defend quality decisions
