Frontend / UX Engineer (Enterprise UX)

ROLE SUMMARY 

The Frontend / UX Engineer ensures that SoapBox is usable, intuitive, and efficient for professionals working in high-stakes, regulated environments. 

This role bridges user empathy with enterprise discipline. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

User Experience Design 

• Design workflows optimized for accuracy and efficiency 
• Reduce cognitive load for complex processes 
• Collaborate with product and domain leaders 

UI Implementation 

• Implement UI patterns using APEX UI components 
• Customize templates while maintaining consistency 
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards 

User Validation 

• Participate in usability testing and feedback loops 
• Iterate designs based on real-world usage 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years of enterprise UI/UX experience 
• Strong understanding of workflow-heavy applications 
• Experience working with APEX or similar platforms 
• Ability to balance simplicity with complexity 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience designing regulated or safety-critical systems 
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) 
• Experience with design systems
