ROLE SUMMARY
The Frontend / UX Engineer ensures that SoapBox is usable, intuitive, and efficient for professionals working in high-stakes, regulated environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
User Experience Design
- Design workflows optimized for accuracy and efficiency
- Reduce cognitive load for complex processes
- Collaborate with product and domain leaders
UI Implementation
- Implement UI patterns using APEX UI components
- Customize templates while maintaining consistency
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards
User Validation
- Participate in usability testing and feedback loops
- Iterate designs based on real-world usage
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of enterprise UI/UX experience
- Strong understanding of workflow-heavy applications
- Experience working with APEX or similar platforms
- Ability to balance simplicity with complexity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience designing regulated or safety-critical systems
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with design systems
